Shipping Policy

As a world class brand of organic skincare products, we can ship your orders right to your doorstep, regardless of anywhere you are in the world. However, there might be restrictions on some of our products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. So just before you finalize your order with us, please make sure that you have read up on the product restrictions and other rules and regulations that are applicable in your location.


Upon placing your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email that provides the shipping tracking number and delivery dates which will be based on the availability of the item/s and the shipping options you select. Depending on the courier service provider, you may use that tracking number to view the status and/or location of your package.

Please also note that in certain circumstances, delays in delivery may occur for various reasons such as hold ups in Customs. Kindly note that international shipping rates are dependent on the weight of the item/s.

To get an estimate of the total weight of your order, you can check the weights of our products which can be found in their respective product descriptions. To reflect the policies of the courier services we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

30 Days Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item, defective item, etc.). Expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of turning over your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will be able to receive your refund before the end of the four week processing time.

This processing time includes the total number of days allotted for transit, processing of the return, and the processing of the refund request from the bank. We allott 5 to 10 business days to cover the transit time for us to receive the returned items from the courier service provider. After receiving the items, we allott another 3 to 5 business days to process your return. After which, processing our refund requests with the bank usually takes about 5 to 10 business days.
